Are you tired of counseling that did not help?
You won’t be pushed to relive your trauma

We move at your pace so you never feel forced into your story before you’re ready.
Safety is the foundation of every session

If past therapy left you feeling triggered or unseen, creating emotional safety comes first here.

You are not expected to carry this alone
We walk with you through what is resurfacing without judgment, pressure, or overwhelm.

Faith is integrated gently and you stay in control
If faith matters to you, it is woven in naturally and respectfully, while you remain empowered throughout your healing.
You’re in the right place if you…
-
Feel exhausted from holding it all together
On the outside, you may look “fine,” but inside your memories, triggers, and shame keep hijacking your body and mind.
-
Part of you wants to talk, part of you wants to shut down
You need counseling that moves slowly, listens closely, and never pushes you past what feels safe.
-
Struggle with panic or physical reactions to trauma
Certain situations, touches, or memories may overwhelm your body, and you long for a therapist who truly understands why.
-
Want to be fully seen and taken seriously
You’re looking for a therapist who respects your story, your experiences, and your faith, offering a space where you can finally feel safe.
-
Desire a place to feel grounded and at ease in your own skin
Healing isn’t about rushing. It’s about creating trust, safety, and connection so you can feel relaxed and secure again.

What Therapy is Like

We take things slowly and follow your lead. There’s no rushing and no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. You get to decide what feels okay to talk about and when.

We pay attention to how sessions feel for you and adjust as needed, slowing down, pausing, or grounding together so things don’t feel overwhelming, even in telehealth.

If faith is important to you, we can include it in a way that fits who you are and where you are right now, without pressure, expectations, or judgment.

You’ll be met with kindness, respect, and genuine care, so you can feel heard, supported, and not alone in the process.

Meet Our Founder
Mollie knows what it feels like to sit across from someone carrying a story too heavy to tell. She has worked directly with survivors on the human trafficking hotline, counseled people just hours after assault, and trained under leaders like Dr. Bessel van der Kolk and Mary Vicario in advanced trauma care.

What matters most? She created Purpose Counseling because she remembers how terrifying it was to find therapy that truly understood sexual trauma. Every therapist here is carefully selected to bring that same clinical expertise and genuine heart, so you can finally feel safe enough to heal.
