Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in painful patterns, alone in their struggles, or unsure whether healing is even possible. You might find yourself carrying the quiet hope that “if I just keep going, maybe things will get better,” but change still feels out of reach.

In therapy, we will work together to understand what keeps you feeling stuck and begin to make sense of your experiences. You will have space to slow down, reflect, and explore what you need for healing. I offer practical tools to help manage emotions, build healthier patterns, and strengthen relationships. My approach is warm, supportive, and adapted to what works best for you. If you would like, I can also include Christian principles as part of your healing process to create a deeper sense of meaning and hope.

With time and support, you can begin to feel lighter and more at peace within yourself. The thoughts and memories that once felt overwhelming can start to lose their power. You may find that relationships begin to feel more manageable and balanced, allowing space for trust and connection to grow. Life can start to feel meaningful again, marked by a sense of stability, hope, and renewed purpose. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling stronger, more grounded, and ready to move forward with clarity and confidence.

For over 20 years, I’ve helped individuals, couples, and families heal from trauma and relational wounds. My experience includes four years serving at the VA, work in community mental health, and more than a decade owning and leading a private practice. Across these settings, I’ve witnessed how deeply people can heal when they feel truly seen, understood, and supported.
